Our Story
Baker D North opened in Townsville, north Queensland, in 2020.
While you wait for your coffee, you can watch our bakers rolling croissants, folding chocolate croissants, shaping sourdough loaves, or unloading trays full of pies and sausage rolls from the oven.
We offer barista-made coffee, artisanal bread and pastries, and housemade cakes, made from scratch and freshly baked.
Catering Platters and Cakes
Elevate any occasion with our Sweet or Savoury Platters, featuring an assortment of our favourite mini pastries. Our sweet platter includes some Almond Croissants, Berry Danishes, Chocolate Croissants, Frangipane Tarts and Raspberry Brownie Tarts. Our savoury platter includes some mini sausage rolls and mini ham and cheese croissants with the option to make it half vegetarian including our mushroom & cheese croissant and spinach and feta roll.
